The Story behind Sundays Vintage

Born in the heart of Melbourne in 2020, Sundays Vintage started as a quiet passion project — a creative response to the relentless churn of fast fashion and a love affair with thrifting treasures that deserved another life. What began as a small hobby slowly grew into something deeper, more intentional, and harder to ignore.

In June 2025, I took the leap and went full-time with Sundays Vintage — choosing to give it my all, follow the pull towards slower fashion, and see where this path could lead. Today, Sundays Vintage exists as a purpose-driven brand rooted in care, creativity and conscious choices, with a simple mission: to make sustainable style feel effortless, beautiful and personal.

Our Philosophy

At Sundays Vintage, we believe fashion shouldn’t cost the Earth. Each piece we curate or craft has a history, a texture, and a story. Whether it’s preloved clothing given a second chapter or handmade pieces crafted from rescued linens and fabric offcuts, every item is thoughtfully chosen or created to celebrate individuality and sustainability.

Meet the Maker

Sundays Vintage was founded by Elisa, a designer who has lived and breathed fashion since graduating with a Diploma of Applied Fashion Design and Technology from RMIT in 2013. What started as a personal pursuit for meaningful wardrobe choices evolved into something bigger — a brand that invites others to slow down, make thoughtful choices, and connect with what they wear on a deeper level.

Her ethos is simple: every garment should have a life worth sharing. From careful repairs and reworks to creating one-of-a-kind pieces from reclaimed fabrics, Elisa blends intention with creativity — and each item in the shop carries a little bit of that heart.
