Why do some pieces look slightly imperfect?
RETOWEL & my Handmade pieces are made entirely from reclaimed towels and textiles, each with their own history, texture and wear. Because of this, slight variations in colour, weave, or finish are part of the process — and part of what makes each piece truly one of a kind.
We embrace these subtle imperfections as the beauty of slow, sustainable making. If a piece has any major or notable imperfections, this will always be clearly stated in the product description.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Sundays Vintage offers Australia wide shipping at a flat rate of $12.
Free Shipping for AU orders $200+
How long will my order take to dispatch?
Ready-to-ship orders are packed and sent on our postage run days — Tuesdays and Fridays. Please allow 1–3 business days for dispatch, depending on when your order is placed.
Custom & made-to-order pieces
Custom pieces (including Mum & Me sets) are made especially for you and have a 2–3 week production time. Once complete, your order will be dispatched on the next available postage run (Tuesday or Friday).
*Please note if you have ordered another item with your Custom Set we will hold off shipping until the complete order is ready to be dispatched
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with all relevant tracking information
Can I request Express Post?
If you require express post please contact us via our contact form and/or instagram page directly after purchasing and we will do our best to organise express post at an extra cost
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Sundays Vintage currently offers International shipping at a flat rate of $35 (unfortunately we are currently unavailable to ship to the USA)
How are your items packaged?
Recycled materials are used as often as possible and as such most items will be packaged with recycled kraft paper and leftover fabric ribbon or twine. HEROPACKS compostable mailers are also used as well as recycled cardboard boxes for larger items.

** Whats so great about HEROPACKS? They are not only recyclable, but are also reusesable! Just be sure when opening to cut along the dotted line and you now have a resealable satchel!**
Returns and Refunds
Can I get a refund/ return an item?
Unfortunately at this stage we cannot offer refunds/returns for change of mind or incorrect fit. Make sure to carefully read all measurements and item descriptions. Please keep in mind all items are in preloved/ vintage condition therefore there may be slight signs of age/wear but I do my best to note any major flaws on each product.
Sizing
How does your sizing work?
All pieces are measured lying flat. Always refer to these measurements as some garments, especially vintage pieces are known to be smaller in make.
