Made from reclaimed towels saved from landfill, our RETOWEL jackets are designed for layering through changing seasons, from beach mornings to cooler afternoons and everything in between.
Each piece is thoughtfully cut and sewn by hand in my Melbourne home studio, using carefully selected vintage and preloved towelling chosen for its softness, durability, and lived-in feel. Guided by colour, texture, and instinct rather than uniformity, every jacket comes together in its own unique way, no two are ever the same.
Styles may vary slightly between pieces, with some featuring zips, different sleeve shapes, or varying lengths. These subtle differences are part of what makes each one completely one-of-one.
Soft, sun-faded, and intentionally imperfect, each jacket carries its own story, shaped by time, texture, and the materials available. That’s the beauty of RETOWEL.
